I recently visited a family from Sao Paulo who needed money for food. In exchange for the money they gave me all they had a yellow Mizutani Seraph bicycle dating from the early 70’s. They stated that it was left at their “house” by a “gangsta-like” individual. Could this be your bike?? It sounds like you may have found yours, but I was just searching the web to find out what kind of bike it was and ran into your blog. I am in the PDX area
