Job Description
This is a new and exciting Product Development Associate position in Capital One’s US Credit Card business focusing on testing and developing marketing innovations. This position will be responsible for all aspects of intent and marketing campaign management. Qualified candidates will be required to take ownership working with vendors and internal stakeholders to lead projects that introduce and test new methods of marketing. Candidates must have the ability to be both autonomous and collaborative; you will work in undefined space to execute on new marketing procedures and transition winning techniques into sustainable long-term processes.

Responsibilities:

– Provide project management leadership and direction on projects
– Actively solicit, analyze and negotiate customer requirements on all projects
– Leads regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development
– Lead cross-functional teams with internal and external resources through the development and execution of projects/initiatives
– Own all project documentation and record key milestones
– Communicate status of project to key stakeholders and senior leaders
– Identify and manage risks and issues
