Stolen: Blue Cannondale

My navy blue Cannondale R400 was stolen from a parked car near SE 30th and Division. It has Tiagra shifters, Coda cranks, brakes, and handlebars, Mavic front and rear wheels, and tacky red SPD pedals (I don’t recall the brand, not Shimano).
