Trillium, a software provider and public transit consultancy in Portland, Oregon, helps public transit agencies use technology to help their riders get where they’re going. We’re searching for a new Support Coordinator to join our team. Scheduled hours are full-time but flexible, and some work can be done from home. Occasional travel is required.

Trillium (www.trilliumtransit.com) works with over 100 public transit agencies, helping them maintain data for Google Maps. We’re also developing new products to be released this year that will bring new capabilities to even the smallest and most rural transit agencies. We specialize in making the most useful public transit technology available to as wide an audience as possible. Now we need a dedicated team member that will help us communicate and fulfill our mission.

A typical work day for the Support Coordinator would include:

*helping clients use browser-based software and understand transit data through phone calls, email, and webinars;
*analyzing, inputting, and editing public transportation data;
*project managing the onboarding and initial data creation of new clients;
*informing existing clients of new product opportunities;
*communicating to potential clients the services Trillium can provide.

How to Apply

If you posses
*Familiarity with common web-based map applications, such as Google Maps,
*Excellent phone and presentation skills,
*Clear oral and written communication skills,
*Competence with basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office),
*A passion for public transportation

and even more so if you posses
*Management experience leading a team of support or sales representatives,
*Experience in the public transportation industry,
*Expertise with Excel,
*Knowledge of SQL,
*GIS or PMP certification
