Role and Responsibilities

Act as primary conduit between multiple systems to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in a high-volume consumer direct environment.

Ensure efficient flow of customer and order data between multiple system access points
Effectively handle exceptions that result in non-standard delivery scenarios, such as shipping damage, address discrepancies, or lack of customer confirmation
Coordinate reverse logistics and inventory management of product in various dispositions
Create and fulfill sales orders for replacement parts to 3PL as necessary to restore finished goods to sellable state
Monitor on-hand inventory to alert Demand Planning of potential shortages
Identify and report on emerging trends in order practice to continuously improve order handling efficiency
Additional tasks and projects related to managing orders for the Stages Logistics entity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Familiarity with ecommerce and ERP platforms
Understand the complex interactions involved in sales transactions
Communicate effectively with customers, 3PLs, and business partners
High level of organization and attention to detail
Deep understanding of process workflows
Strong, proactive communication style. Ability to articulate when there is a problem or potential problem to keep all relevant parties informed
Efficient and professional email and phone communication skills
Positive attitude towards collaboration and deep understanding of how changes in data or processes will affect various teams
Initiative taker – comfortable proposing new ideas to teams, but holds onto ideas lightly if they are not the best option
Deliberate and thorough in analysis and preparation prior to implementing changes
Creative problem solver – views problems as opportunities to improve operations and digs deep into what is causing the problem and the most comprehensive possible solutions
Sit and work at a computer for the duration of the work day with appropriate breaks
Preferred Skills

Experience in the commercial fitness equipment industry. Experience in sales fulfillment.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Core days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position may require overtime.

Travel is not required for this role.
