Cyclone Bicycle Supply, based in SW Portland, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven customer service skills and a penchant for problem solving. The position will be based in our Portland office.

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong phone presence and experience contacting dozens of customers per day
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast paced and evolving environment.
• Knowledge of the bicycle industry at any level is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem solver
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Provide sales support for assigned outside sales rep team.
• Review and submit orders for fulfillment
• Field and process inbound support calls and orders.
• Build and distribute reports and analytics for assigned sales team.
• Provide analytical support for marketing and purchasing when needed.
• Managing RMA’s and technical product questions

Base Salary + Bonus – Health Insurance and Vacation
