Job Description
Castelli is an internationally recognized cycling apparel brand that traces its history back to 1876 in Milan. We’re currently looking for a custom team account manager—who is passionate about cycling—to join our team. Account managers in this position work in collaboration with sales reps, customers and a design team to facilitate completion of custom apparel projects for race teams, clubs and bicycle shops.

This is a full-time position.

We’re looking for someone who:
– Has strong written and verbal communication skills
– Is an adaptive learner able to quickly assimilate multiple systems and use them to meet the demands of the business
– Understands that the needs of customers will vary, and employs wise business strategies and tactics to satisfy them
– Can interact professionally and comfortably with colleagues and customers
– Thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment that demands great attention to detail
– Thinks and acts quickly and calmly on deadline
– Is motivated to gain a global understanding of the business

Qualifications:

Required:
-Two years of sales and/or customer service experience
-Working experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat
-Familiarity with global cycling culture

Desired:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, can build complex Excel-based workbooks and or worksheets
-Business and/or accounting background
