Job Description
Chris King Precision Components, manufacturer of bicycle components, is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to assist in leading and coordinating daily logistics of our Sales/Shipping/Tech Department. This is a working supervisory position, monitoring performance, maintaining daily schedules and workloads, training, motivating and providing assistance/coverage to Account Service Reps, Warranty Techs and Shipping responsibilities as needed. This position reports to the Global Sales Manager.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales and Marketing, 3-5 years of supervisory experience in sales and marketing within the bicycle industry; comprehensive knowledge and use of ERP systems as well as product supply chain/manufacturing scheduling processes.
