Multnomah County Bike Fair looking for volunteers

MCBF 2012-41

The Multnomah County Bike Fair is coming June 29th. It’s the big bike bash that ends Pedalpalooza and it can only be great if the community helps make it so. Check out the notice below from one of the organizers looking for volunteers…

While aiming for participation from everyone to make Multnomah County Bike Fair(MCBF) amazing, we do need a few committed, responsible, and official volunteers to ensure it runs beautifully.

We need:
-Haulers to bike supplies to the park.
-Set-up for trashcans, tents, tables and signage.
-Decorators and chalk artists to make things purdy-like.
-Reasonable people to help keep the event safe for everybody.
-Cleanup crew to break it down, and make it look like we were never there.

If you’re interested in any of the above, shifts are generally around 2 hours from from 12-8pm.

MCBF’s volunteer coordinator is Ashley, so email her at thirtysevenart@gmail.com with your name, what you’d like to volunteer for, and best way to contact you. Thanks!
