This just in from Multnomah County Bike Fair (MCBF) headquarters:

If y’all love biking and hanging out in the park with great music, games, & free beer, try volunteering at the Multnomah County Bike Fair this Saturday!

The Multnomah County Bike Fair is Portland’s annual festival of debauchery & bike fun. Here’s coverage of last year’s fair to give you an idea.

Come! See the sprockettes & other bike troupes in person! Bike Jousting! Bike Games! Acting Crazy!

MCBF will be a guaranteed blast for the volunteers- better yet, you get free beer. This is one of the few events at which you can drink and volunteer simultaneously (except for beer pourers & ID checkers…) If you’ve been before, you know the MCBF requires a tremendous amount of volunteers to keep it rocking all day long.
