Note: I'm currently on a family trip and not working normal hours. Email and message responses will be delayed and story and posting volumes here and on our social media accounts will not be at their usual levels until I return to Portland September 4th. Pedal to Petals – Metro Garden Tour

Garden of Natural Delights Tour –
Event Website

Seeing is believing. Peek into the beautiful backyards of passionate home gardeners, and learn their secrets to chemical-free success! Natural gardening helps protect our rivers and streams and keeps our yards safe for people, pets and wildlife.

Metro’s annual tour of flourishing, attractive gardens gives guests a first-hand look at how healthy plants can thrive without the use of synthetic chemicals. Tour participants can talk with the gardeners who designed and now maintain their gardens to learn about natural gardening techniques. Metro offers this ninth annual tour in partnership with Naturescaping for Clean Rivers and the Audubon Society of Portland.
