Artist’s Statement
i love the idea of putting a new life to what may otherwise be more landfill and i love spraypaint and i love bicycles most of my art is made from found wood (dumpsters) bikeparts from junk bikes that i have re-built and given new life to and spraypaint (when i can, half full cans from yard sales sometimes using cans that will only spit and splatter and would not have much use to anyone) combining these i get the satisfaction of of my need to create, to be friendly to the earth, and a reminder that you dont need wings to fly, 2 wheels are all you need to take you to heaven
