Vintage Velo Ride

@ Community Cycling Center, 1700 NE Alberta

Here we go again- Portland Vintage Velo is holding it's second in a series of vintage bike rides! The focus of our loosely-knit group is lightweight road, track, and touring bikes built no later than 1986. We had 40 people show up for the first ride, on Memorial Day; we expect an even better turnout for this one!

The planned route is as follows: We will start at the Community Cycling Center, 1700 NE Alberta, in NE PDX, @ 11am. From the CCC, we will ride through NoPo, to the St. Johns Bridge, cross the river, and head for Sauvie's Island, then return to the CCC.

Total mileage will be about 30 (mostly flat)miles. This is a relaxed, non-competitive ride, and riders of all skill levels are invited. We will regroup frequently; no one will be left behind.
