- For cyclists who would like to be actively involved in making Portland bike-friendly, the 13-member volunteer BAC meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month to review projects of interest to cyclists and discuss bike issues. The BAC advises City Council and bureaus on all bicycle-related matters. All are welcome to attend and agendas are available in advance. [website for more info]
