What’s wrong with Portland’s Bike Parking Code? Lots! What can be done to fix the code to preserve housing production? Lots!

Come hear from local and Bike Parking Expert, Paul Buchanan. Over the decade he’s been in the Bike Parking industry, he’s worked on solutions for individual home owners, business districts, HOAs, transportation demand management organizations, municipal transportation agencies, property managers and mostly new construction.

He has designed, developed and implemented bike rooms for 10s of 1000s of people’s bikes from Bellingham to San Diego with the need to meet local codes. Before Bike Parking, Paul worked as a municipal inspector enforcing housing, building and construction codes where he developed the skill to translate how municipal codes build out in the material world. Come ready to learn!”
