Good Morning Portland Environmental and Transportation Advocates,
The Portland Democratic Socialist Ecosocialist Working Group and Sunrise Movement PDX are hosting the Every Portlander Is Climate Conscious (EPICC) Organizer Summit on November 16th from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the Rebuilding Center – 3639 N Mississippi Ave, Portland, OR 97227.
The goal of this Summit is to align Environmental and Transportation Advocates on policy goals for the 2026 Portland City Council Election. During the Summit we will begin by sharing with each other what our groups are working on and break up into policy focus groups. We will end the EPICC Summit by developing a Climate Bill of Rights that will outline a comprehensive platform for Candidates and Elected Officials to sign on to.
