Stolen From: 832 South East Grand Avenue South East, Portland, OR specific location is the pay & park (McCloud Enterprises) gate attached to Andrea’s Cha Cha Club (SE Grand Ave. btwn Morrison and Belmont Street), on June 16 btwn midnight and 1 am. There was another bike locked in front of mine, and that one was gone as well.
