Black frame, red handlebar tape, silver painted chain shrouds. Gooseneck handlebars, front Simplex derailleur, rear Shimano derailleur. Shimano crank. Skinny old bike seat, has a broken tag on the back that says "MKIV" or "MKV" or something similar. New black fenders. No head badge.
