Stolen From: It was stolen from in front of the Pacwest Center, downtown on 5th and Jefferson. The last I saw the thief was at Llyod Center on the Red Max Line. He is a tall skinny caucasian male, in his 20s, had a large black jacket and black backpack. Light brown hair on his face, and a black beanie.

Description: There was a sticker saying “I brake for people” on the front right side of the top tube. It has black fenders and a large red light under the seat. When it was stolen, only the right pedal had a toe cage.
