Showers Pass is seeking to expand its inside sales team. The position requires a highly motivated sales person to assist the company in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.

Responsibilities include:
– Communicate with existing and potential new dealers everyday. No less that 25-30 calls per day mixed between existing dealers and potential new dealers.
– Answer incoming calls from dealers and consumers.
– Process orders.
– Update and maintain existing CRM.

Qualifications:
– Must have excellent and professional phone/customer service skills interacting with existing and new dealers, as well as consumers.
– Need to be a self-starter, detail-oriented with driven sales abilities.
– Must possess excellent time management skills and eye for attention to detail.
– Must have the ability to travel.
– Good PC skills including MS Excel, Work and Outlook.
– Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
– Medical and dental benefits available.
– Compensation commensurate with experience.
