I JUST SAW THIS BIKE AT INTERSTATE & LOMBARD. A medium-complexion African-American man, 30s-40s, wearing large sunglasses and a fleece jacket, had this bike at about 3pm today 3/5/10 outside Panda Express/Fred Meyer. I noticed that he didn’t really know how to ride a fixie and besides the bike was a little small for him. I’m sorry I don’t know what to do and I’m not about to confront the man.
Follow-up: I attempted to contact the Portland Police by phone 4 times, but their non-emergency phone system kept disconnecting me.
At least the bike isn’t too far from where it was stolen. I really hope you get it back. I’m sorry I couldn’t help.
