This is more of an “in memory of” since it’s been ten years and four bikes ago.
It was a red Cook Brothers Malibu frame, Cook Bro’s cranks and bottom, one speed with disk brake and roundie bars. A carefully hand crafted super cruiser.
Serial, KWD13, my initials and lucky number.
I was riding with a buddy past Paranoid Park on stark when we were attacked by a small gang of bike jackers. My friend was hurt pretty bad and both bikes were ripped off.
I loved that bike.
