Um, no, if the C-list poster really caught the alleged thief in the act of stealing bicycles, then the best way to "neutralize the problem" would have been to call the police to report a theft in progress.
RecommendedYeah, that was why I wondered if it was real- why wouldn't you go have the guy busted? If it is real, I hope a lot of people see their lost rides again.
