Pancakes, bikes, and bring the family…

Posted by on April 14th, 2005 at 9:07 am

Just got a great tip about a yummy-sounding family bike ride happening in Vancouver on Saturday:

This Saturday is the annual Blueberry Pancake Ride in Vancouver. There’s free blueberry pancakes and an easy 8-10 mile, flat, family-oriented ride starting at Vancouver Lake. For more serious riders, they can join the Wheelmen from Wilshire Park in NE for a 50-miler that stops by for pancakes, or there are other ride distances from the pancake feed site.

Blueberry pancakes!? ..as if you needed an excuse to go check out Vancouver Lake with the family. Have fun!

NOTE: At BikePortland, we love your comments. We love them so much that we devote many hours every week to read them and make sure they are productive, inclusive, and supportive (heck, sometimes we even fix your typos!). That doesn't mean you can't disagree with someone. It means you must do it with class and respect. This is our business and we do not tolerate mean commenters who add nothing of value to the discussion.

Unfortunately, we are not robots and we don't always catch everything. You can help by notifying us if you see inappropriate comments. Thanks! — Jonathan and Michael
