Description: Some poor unsuspecting soul took my Black and grey Giant Mountain bike while I was playing pinball at Ground Control on Thursday night. It has a yellow Jackpot Records sticker and a white Meat Cheese Bread sticker on it. Also, it is CURSED!!! My friend borrowed it and his girlfriend developed a speech impediment, another rode it and got MERSA. Even my wife rode it and she could not find a parking spot for a week. I could go on, but whoever took it needs no convincing. Their life has already taken a turn for the worse. Do yourself a favor and ditch it in a well lit public area asap.

If spotted, approach cautiously, and email me at your earliest convenience.

An apology, anger, and glimmers of hope at Holgate bike lane meeting

Screen grab from Christensen’s
blog post (before it was taken down).

TriMet has placed a bus operator on administrative leave after they determined a blog post about an interaction with a man on a bicycle that was published to the operator’s personal blog earlier today was inappropriate. TriMet has also referred the issue to the police and the District Attorney’s office.

TriMet bus operator Dan Christensen — a man known for his humor and writing talents who was just named one of Portland’s ‘Best People’ by the Willamette Week — posted a story to his “TriMet Confidential” blog earlier today titled, “PORTLAND! KILL THIS BICYCLIST!”
