On July 21 2015 this bike was recovered. Someone spotted my bike 16 miles away from my house and the bike did not fit the person. They must have gotten my contact information from this site and sent me a couple pics they took of the bike. I drove across town in traffic but the bike was gone before I got there. The person even rode back over to the site but gone before they got there too. They went even further and posted the bike and my contact info on their neighborhood app site. Another woman emailed me today letting me know where the bike was. I was able to recover the bike and bring it home this evening. My bike is damaged and has been ride hard. All the extras are missing but it is back in my possession. Let’s hear it for the good guys! I am very thankful for this network and the bike community of Portland Oregon!
