This bike was recovered. A guy bought it from the thief at Mt Adams Park on SE 72nd. I gave him what he paid for it. It was missing its front fender and chain lock, plus some mountings and had a rear flat, but otherwise was alright.

The thief has a short goatee or beard, is between 21 and 25, goes by the name Jason or Stan, is white and about 5 feet 10. He seems to live around 82nd and Powell area, and was seen riding the #9 bus east. Say hello if you see him.
