Description: Custom-painted brown track frame, fixed gear, but has free wheel on the flip, unwrapped black pista bars (with wine corks in the bar ends), front brake, black Velocity deep V’s with black spokes (front has machined sidewall), Specialized seat, silver seat post clamp (one of the ONLY components not black, rubber trailer hitch on the seat post, overall a VERY noticeable bike.

In my post, I meant that the frame is a Fetish Cycles. However, it is a complete bike that is missing.
