Metropolis Cycle Repair is seeking a new associate. Position will be part time to start, evolving into full time as the season picks up. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a service oriented bike shop, but shop experience is not absolutely required provided applicant has extensive bike knowledge and repair experience, as well as prior retail experience. We are a small shop, and all staff members are required to answer phones, assist customers with bike and accessory purchases as well as complete repairs and write service tickets. Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment are a must.
