Child’s Chariot bike trailer. Converst to a stroller. Has letter “P” stickers stuck on from the inside. Yellow and black cloth exterior, A U-Lock was locked to one wheel. Might still have a purple clasp on the hitch and a bike tube tied to the stroller handle.
