Job Description
The Bike Gallery is currently accepting applications for the position of retail location Service Manager.
Service Management responsibilities inlclude:
* performing service intake, estimates and scheduling of work to be performed.
* Supervision of service staff and promoting the routine application of company service standards and procedures.
*Performing complex mechanical repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
*Cooperatively managing a diverse inventory of parts and supplies.
*Delivering consistently outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of high volume service experience in a professional shop of good reputation, a verifiable background in high performance retail settings and a proven track record of customer service excellence. Preference will be given to candidates with previous management level experience.

Available benefits may include: Paid vacation, medical, dental and vision coverage and 401 K plan participation.

Work conditions require an average of 6 to 8 hours of standing and the ability to lift 40 pounds to chest height.
