The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) Freight Advisory Committee, formed February 2003, serves as an advisory group to the Portland Bureau of Transportation and City Council on issues related to freight mobility. Includes community member volunteers and public agency representatives at the local, state, and federal level.

Meets on the first Thursday of each month from 8:30 to 10:30. Hybrid meetings are held at Portland Building and online via Zoom.

8:55 AM – Transportation System Plan Update

PBOT staff will give an update on the 2045 Transportation System Plan (TSP).

9:20 AM – Economic Opportunity Analysis
Tom Armstrong (BPS)
BPS Staff will present on their Economic Opportunities Analysis designed to analyze and forecast growth in Portland’s industrial districts, then designate an adequate 20-year supply of developable land.

9:45 AM – City Council Visit
Councilor Olivia Clark
Councilor Olivia Clarkwill engage with committee members and provide update on the City Council and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

10:20 AM – Public Comments
Jana Jarvis
Members of the public can provide comment and ask questions to the committee and staff.

10:30 AM – Adjourn
