OBRA is the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association, our state’s official sanctioning body for competitive cycling.
The OBRA quarterly meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, October 23, at 5:30 pm. Our quarterly meetings are open to the public. Zoom link here.
The meeting will consist of reports from the executive director, marketing director, membership director, director of officials and our equipment manager. We also dedicate a decent amount of time for questions and comments from the community.
