Portland photographer Eric Thornburg’s images of Pedalpalooza rides are a testament to what “free bike fun” in Portland is really all about.

By all accounts, this year’s Pedalpalooza has been excellent. We’re seeing huge turnouts for all types of creative and fun rides. And even smaller rides are producing the requisite grins and restored faith in humanity.

If you want to feel better about the world, I highly recommend a scroll through the #pedalpalooza Instagram hashtag.
