A trailer owned by the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA) has been stolen. The trailer was parked in the parking lot of Co-Motion Cycles in Eugene. OBRA officials say the trailer was full of race equipment and at least one race has been cancelled as a result of the theft.
Candi Murray with OBRA says the contents of the trailer included a display clock worth about $2,500, a Honda power generator valued at $1,000 and several traffic control signs that cost about $250 a piece. The trailer itself was just purchased in Portland for $2,750.
The location of the theft was in western Eugene (map link here). Please keep your eyes open for the trailer in the photo below. If you have any leads, please contact us or leave a comment below and we’ll make sure the info gets to OBRA.
