Last week we shared the first of 30 vendors who will be at the sixth annual BikeCraft holiday gift bazaar (December 4-5th). Since then we’ve had more artisans sign up to be a part of what’s shaping up to be the best BikeCraft ever. Learn a bit about each of them below and see the fully updated list of 39 vendors here.
Dave Stoops / Black Star Bags
Handmade waterproof messenger bags, panniers, and accessories such as: hip pouches, top tube pads, tool pouches and wallets. We will also be bringing our new backpack to show and will be taking orders for 2011!
Johnnie Olivan / Rejuiced Bikes
A mini-bike sound system, inspiring bike sculptures, a three-person “bike-car” — you never know what Johnnie and his friends at Rejuiced will dream of next. Come to BikeCraft and you’ll find out…
Sara Collins
Stained glass inside of chain rings and cassettes, but also other stained glass goodies involving bikes. Possibly also knit u lock cozies.
Sara Stout / Tree House Trading Post
Rain capes, seat covers, fender flaps, light switch plates and more!
Tim Calvert / Citybikes Bike Buckets
Citybikes Bike Buckets are waterproof, rugged, portable storage for your bicycle. They are made in Portland by our workers out of recycled buckets and will attach to almost any rack. Hardware kits (with instructions) are also available for $12.
Fumiyo Yoshino / NNF Store
New to BikeCraft, Fumiyo will share his stylish accessories that are already big hits in Japan.
Jeremy Neal / Blaq Design
We offer handmade bicycle messenger bags, backpacks, and accessories.
Debra Peterson / Fast Chicken Gear
Debra lives in the Coastal Range outside Portland and knows a thing or two about rain. BikeCraft will be the debut of her new rain chaps, related rain gear (and possibly a utility roll bag). We’re really excited to see her product…
Bronwen Mauch / Tireless Hearts
Heart-shaped charms and jewelry crafted from pink inner tubes and carefully selected bicycle parts. Each one is a unique, tiny piece of art.
Megan Denton / Sopra
Leather bicycle toe straps for toe cages and u-lock holsters.
Scott Ballard / Two Guitars
Original hand-printed art cards, holiday cards, and other bike-themed paper products.
One of the great things about BikeCraft is there are fun gifts for every budget — from just a few dollars on up to more expensive items. In addition to all these excellent artisans, we’ll also have music and performances, food vendors (SoupCycle and Hopworks), lots of door prizes, and more!
Mark your calendars for December 4th and 5th and spread the word! This is going to be amazing. More details at the BikeCraft main page.
