Spring has arrived in Portland and there’s no better way to enjoy the sights and sun than on a bike (at least in my unbiased opinion 😉 ).

Check out some ride and event suggestions below and share your plans in the comments.

Enjoy the weekend!

4:00 pm: Tweed Ride, Vice Edition
Put on your best tweed/vintage attire and join other ladies and gentleman for what promises to be a memorable affair. Remember, this is the “Vice” themed of the two Tweed rides, so families be forewarned. Meets at the wharf, NW Front and 18th.

Sunday, April 3rd

The final in this new downhill mountain bike race series being held at Sandy Ridge. Conditions should be perfect!

4:00 – 9:00pm: Bike to Blazers
Join us to support the Portland Trail Blazers and encourage bicycling to the Rose Garden at the annual Bike to Blazers. You can hook up with one of several group rides leaving from neighborhoods throughout Portland. Whether you get tickets or not, join the pre-game fun at the southern end of the Rose Quarter campus near the fountain!

8:30 pm: Zoobomb
If you’ve ever wanted to try out Zoobomb, this Sunday would be a great first time. In addition to warmer spring weather up on the hill, the BBC (yes, the BBC) will be in attendance filming for an upcoming show. Zoobomb regulars are hoping for a big turnout to show the U.K. how Portland rolls. Meet at 13th and Burnside.
