I finally watched the trailer (see it below) for the new show, Portlandia that’s coming to IFC in January. The show is set up as a spoof of sorts on Portland’s weirdness, where “The dream of the ’90s is still alive” and where “young people go to retire.”
Just for the record, I think it’s fantastic that our city is full of people who make and build tall bikes, who clown and perform, and do other creative things. I find it interesting that Portland is being spoofed about this. Bring it on!
