Shift unveils Pedalpalooza poster

Buffered Bike Lane with a bike symbol and arrow pointing forward

With just one month before the kickoff of Pedalpalooza, Shift has unveiled this year’s event poster:

Pedalpalooza poster, designed by Gabriel Amadeus.

The poster was designed by graphic artist Gabriel Amadeus and depicts a unicyclist with a jousting lance, riding high atop the St Johns Bridge.

Pedalpalooza is the largest event of its kind in the world, with nearly 100 bike events (with some days having over 10 events!) scheduled between June 7-23rd. In keeping with tradition, the event kicks off with a parade through downtown Portland and is capped by the Multnomah County Bike Fair.

Amazingly, Pedalpalooza gets better every year and it is organized 100% by volunteers. You can help make it great by printing up handbills of the flyer and encouraging your friends and co-workers to come out and join in the fun. To download flyers, see this email from Gabe.

Whether you like to ride naked, ride mini-bikes, or ride to get a cup of gelato, there’s something for everyone during Pedalpalooza.

I hope to see lots of new faces this year…and stay tuned for more Pedalpalooza coverage!
