Job Description
We’re creating a new position for a knowledgeable, well-spoken mechanic to work one-on-one with customers throughout the whole process of customization and frame-up custom-builds, from initial consultation through fitting and follow-up. This is primarily for higher-end urban (not cargo), touring, and off-road touring. We’re more interested in learning about you as a person than in your specific technical skills, but at a minimum you should be proficient at wheelbuilding and have at least a few years of experience at a bike shop or in the bike industry.
