Portland based bike part and accessory designers Portland Design Works is celebrating four years in business with a big get together at Velo Cult Bike Shop tonight. PDW has built a solid reputation for their nifty, affordable, and well-made lights, racks, fenders and other accessories. They’re also known for throwing great parties (remember the mini-velodrome?
