Description: 650c wheels–so bike looks small for an adult. Frame with some dents/scratches, esp. on top tube. Black handlebar tape. Screw-in handlebar plugs. Speedplay pedals. Bontrager stem (not standard for Cannondales). Tiagra components. Double chainring. At time of theft, had black seatpost rack, Cateye Strada wireless computer, handlebar mount for Cateye headlight, Planet Bike tail light, two bottle cages.
