Description: Vintage (c. 1957-1962) 3-speed English Hercules women’s cruiser, stolen in bike box (approx. 8” w x 2.5′ tall x 5′ long.) Handlebars, front wheel & front fender removed, shipped from Old Spokes Home in Burlington, VT. Frame painted black & white with chain guard, fenders. Chain guard a little warped. I think it says “Made in England" on frame. Black & White seat. Handlebar grips black with finger grip dents. Pedals original dirty white. Tires original, deflated. Dusty. Hardly ridden, has sat in basement for 50 years. Mom thought they bought their pair of matching bikes in 1957-8, Dad’s bike wheels are stamped "1962.")
