Ride Report
Our ride began underneath the trees of Colonel Sumners Park. Scoffing at the rain, seventeen stalwart folks came to play in the mud.
Nikkie and I gave a demonstration and then the group collectively squished the compost, clay, columbine, clover, calendula (and more) until the mass could be formed into doughnut-hole sized balls–seedballs! Then we set off to launch our creations into urban spaces that could use a little plant love.
Hijinx ensued. Then we headed to the Nightlight for greasy salty goodness for the rest of the afternoon. Cheers to all!
