The Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation makes recommendations to the Metro Council on transportation needs in the region. JPACT comprises 17 members that serve as elected officials or representatives of transportation agencies across the region. Members of the public are invited to watch JPACT meetings, and you can find more information at their website.
The members of the PBOT's Bureau & Budget Advisory Committee (BBAC) play an important role in PBOT’s budget process, sharing their experience and the experience of communities they represent to inform the bureau's budget choices.
