Chloe is endorsed by the Street Trust Action Fund, Congressman Earl Blumenauer, and a wide range of active and green transit advocates like Kari Schlosshauer, Vivian Satterfield, and María Hernández. As the Commissioner-in-Charge of the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT), Chloe has overseen a wide range of transportation innovations like the Rose Lane Project to increase bus efficiency and reduce traffic congestion. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chloe has overseen the Safer Streets Initiative to give more space for walking, cycling, rolling, and doing business while social distancing.

Chloe opposes the I-5 Rose Quarter freeway expansion proposal and is supporting the Let’s Get Moving 2020 campaign to pass Measure 26-218 for thousands of jobs creating new sidewalks, bike lanes, rapid bus transit, roadway improvements, new marked crosswalks, and streetlights, all heavily weighted toward communities of color. The measure will also fund free youth transit passes for all of our region’s high school students.
Join advocates to learn more about what’s next for Chloe’s transportation agenda, and to learn what bus route is Chloe’s favorite!
