Love Your Fit

Ever been curious about improving your riding to avoid injuries? If so, this event is for you! We are teaming with Endurance Cycling Studio + Physical Therapy to teach We Bike PDX how to improve our posture so we can love our fit!
*This event is for for trans people of all genders, gender non-conforming folx, 2 spirit, femmes and women!
We will meet at Endurance Cycling Studio + Physical Therapy to learn how to improve our posture, contact points and make our ride more comfortable. Then we will take our new moves onto the road for a 5 mile, no drop pace ride ending at Hop Valley on Williams.
We want you to feel comfortable on your bike, avoid injury and make some friends in the process.
