Women Skills Clinic – Group Riding 101
March 4 at 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Come learn about everything you’ll need to do your first group ride whether you ride for fun, fitness or are training for a century, gran fondo or race! We’ll cover the basics at each session along with some specific information on bike prep and maintenance, nutrition and other topics. We’ll chat for 45 minutes and then do a no-drop group ride that will be about an hour and a half. Come for the talk, come for the ride or come for both, and connect with other female/female-idenifying cyclists.
