Biking About Architecture – Alameda-Irvington

February 23, 2019 at 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

Let’s check out the Alameda Ridge and Irvington! Meet up Saturday 23 February at ~11 AM(ish) near the food carts at 23rd & Alberta, then we’ll roll out at 11:30 AM for a slow leisurely cruise along the Alameda Ridge and down into Irvington. We’ll see gorgeous historic mansions (Autzen House!) and unusual and unique ranches (Brady doppleganger!) and so much more on this easy, slow, laid-back tour along the ridge (great views!) and the north/west end of Irvington (~8 miles max). Fun and a little educational. Ends on Fremont for beer and food (bring dinero!).

PS you won’t see this on the website bc once again the Shift calendar has failed. 10 years of posting rides month after month, and suddenly I can only post rides half the time. Sigh. I’ll try again with the old skool calendar. Or maybe the new one without an image (? bc sometimes that’s the problem? or maybe it’s something else? who knows?!?!). It would be SO HELPFUL if the posting site would warn you when there’s something wonky. Instead of these crickets chirping.
