Bike Fitting 101 Workshop

WHETHER YOU RIDE DAILY OR ONLY OCCASIONALLY FOR FUN, A PROPERLY FITTED BIKE CAN MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE WHEN IT COMES TO COMFORT AND OVERALL PERFORMANCE, AND CAN HELP REDUCE YOUR RISK OF INJURIES WHILE RIDING.
JOIN LIFE’S WORK PHYSICAL THERAPY AND GO LLOYD FOR AN INFORMATIVE WORKSHOP* TO LEARN:
• Basic bike-fitting tips including frame size, seat adjustment, pedal alignment, handlebar height and why a proper bike fit is important.
• Common mistakes that can cause injuries.
• Simple stretches and exercises you can do for your neck, knees, back, wrists and other body parts to help you prepare for time on the bike.
